What size Blundstone should I buy?
Blundstone stamps the AU/UK size on the sole, not a US size. For women, the AU number is three below your usual US size, so a US 8 is an AU 5.
They fit true to size. There should be a slight give at the heel and about a quarter inch between your longest toe and the front of the boot.
A half size up is a wider cut of the same last, not a longer one. Take it if you want more room across the foot, not more length. The leather moulds to your foot but never stretches lengthwise.

What size Blundstone should I buy if I wear a women's 8?
An AU/UK 5. Blundstone stamps the AU size on the sole and for women it runs three below the US number. They fit true to size, so buy your size rather than sizing up. Come in and try a pair on if you are between sizes.
Do Blundstones stretch?
The leather moulds to the shape of your foot, but it does not stretch lengthwise. If a boot is short it will stay short, which is why sizing up for length is the wrong fix. A half size up is a wider cut of the same last.
