If you have an existing embroidery file (.dst extension), we can definitely work with that. If you don’t have an embroidery file, we only require a jpeg file of your logo or image so that we can have that digitized (initial setup fees apply).

We will provide you with information upfront, on any costs associated with embroidery setup.

Embroidery is stitched, so it is the most durable and the most premium looking. It suits hats, jackets, polos and hi-vis, and anything that has to last.

Screen printing suits larger runs and bold artwork. Most items that can be laid flat can be screen printed, including bags, t-shirts, sweatshirts, ball caps, jackets and jerseys.

Direct to garment printing is digital, so it handles full-colour detail and small orders well. If you are not sure which one your job wants, tell us what the item is and roughly how many, and we will tell you. There is a short guide on the news and guides page as well.

No. Direct to garment printing has no minimum, no set-up fee and no limit on the number of colours, which is what makes it work for a single shirt as well as a small run.

It is best suited to 100% cotton, which gives the most vibrant finish, though we are able to print onto any type of fabric. For the best results we would recommend a ring-spun t-shirt.

We can add your visual identity to any of the hundreds of off-the-rack garments we normally stock, or to the millions of products we can source from around the globe. Between the two there is usually something that fits the job and the budget.

Yes, in house. Embossing and debossing merge your name and logo into the fabric or surface itself, rather than sitting on top of it the way an applied decoration does. It works on t-shirts, sweatshirts, pants, jackets, leather, hats and bags.

Our embroidery, embossing, debossing and direct image printing are done by Mark’s Commercial here in Canada, not sent offshore. Doing it locally is what lets us offer fast turnaround and stand behind the quality.

It also means your artwork is digitised once and kept on file, so a reorder next year matches the one you placed this year.

They tell you what the boot is certified for. A green triangle is sole puncture protection with a Grade 1 protective toe cap, which is the common requirement on a construction site. A yellow rectangle with a black SD is static dissipative, and a white rectangle with an orange omega is electric shock protective footwear.
